Missions Upate August

Dear Friends,

The time has come for our departure! We have been counting down the days, the 15th is almost here.  As our departure date approaches we have been preparing as much as we can.  As I take a moment to look back on this long journey, I want to say thank you for all your prayers.

It has been a long journey and at times a hard one, but God has always provided.  He has always taken care of us. I want to say a special thank you to all those who gave to our moving fund. It was a great blessing to see God provided through His people. We are still a little shy of the total funds needed.  However, we have enough to move, and we know God is faithful! He will take care of the rest. 

This past month has been busy busy busy!! We have been all over the east side of Texas. We also have been in Houston as well as Dallas. Just a few weeks ago we were in a Spanish church, after the service a man came forward and accepted Christ as his Savior! PRAISE THE LORD!! 

At the present time of writing this letter we have one more church to be in before we leave.  I only have to pack the car three more time (I am very excited about that!!) also, only about seaven-hundred more miles to travel till we reach Monterrey.
