When I was a young child my parents went to a Catholic church. My father was a strong Catholic and my mother was also raised Catholic and was saved shortly after she married my father. As a young child, we would go to the Catholic church faithfully while my mother would do her best to teach us kids about salvation.
When I was eight my family relocated to a different town and my father started looking for a new Catholic Church. However, God had different plans for us. While there my mom started praying that we would attend a little Baptist Church. Even though it seemed like an impossible thing.
However, through prayer and the power of God, my father was graciously saved and we became members of the little Baptist Church. That same year on a Sunday after Dad did devotions I talked to my mom and she led me to Christ and I accepted him as my savior.
Then when I was 15, after battling with the Lord, during our church's annual missions conference I surrendered to missions. I told the Lord I would go wherever he wanted me to go.
